Plateau Spa-Inspired Bathroom Renovation

This spa-inspired bathroom renovation involved the complete construction of a new bathroom inside a 115-year-old Plateau home where no bathroom previously existed. 

The project required complex structural modifications, new plumbing and drainage routing, electrical upgrades, waterproofing, and careful coordination within the constraints of an older Montreal property. 

The finished space features a curbless Italian-style shower with a rainfall shower head and hand shower, integrated shampoo niches, a custom tiled bench, heated flooring throughout, and a freestanding tub set against a full-height natural stone feature wall. 

Matte black plumbing fixtures, custom wood cabinetry, and natural granite countertops helped create a calm and refined atmosphere while maintaining functionality for everyday use.
